المهيمن هو الرقيب الشاهد الحافظ لخلقه، القائم عليهم بعلمه وقدرته.

Al-Muhaymin means 'The Guardian' or 'The Witness'. It signifies that Allah is the One who watches over all things, protects them, and witnesses everything that happens. He is the Supreme Protector who oversees all affairs and ensures justice. He is the One who guards His creation, knows their secrets, and is fully aware of all their actions. Quran References: 'He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Source of Peace, the Granter of Security, the Guardian (Al-Muhaymin)' (59:23). 'And Allah is the Guardian over all things' (5:48). Spiritual Significance: Al-Muhaymin encompasses the meanings of watching, witnessing, protecting, and dominating.
