الحكيم هو ذو الحكمة البالغة في خلقه وأمره وشرعه.
Al-Hakeem means 'The All-Wise' or 'The Perfectly Wise'. It signifies that Allah is the One who possesses absolute wisdom in all His actions, decrees, and commands. His wisdom is perfect and encompasses everything. He creates with wisdom, legislates with wisdom, and decrees with wisdom.
