الرقيب هو الذي يراقب أحوال العباد وأعمالهم فلا يغفل.

Ar-Raqeeb means 'The Watchful' or 'The Observer'. It signifies that Allah is the One who watches over all things, nothing escapes His observation. He is constantly aware of every action, thought, and intention. His watchfulness is comprehensive and constant, encompassing the seen and unseen, the public and private. He observes the movements of the smallest creature and the secrets of the hearts. Quran References: 'Indeed, Allah is ever Watchful (Ar-Raqeeb) over you' (4:1).
