القدوس هو المنزّه المطهَّر عن كل عيب ونقص ومشابهة للمخلوقين في ذاته وصفاته.

Al-Quddus is derived from 'quds' meaning purity and sanctity. It signifies that Allah is absolutely perfect, free from any defect, deficiency, or imperfection. He is the One who is exalted above all that is impure or unworthy. His essence, attributes, and actions are pure and flawless. Quran References: 'He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure (Al-Quddus)' (59:23). 'Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah, the Sovereign, the Pure' (62:1). Benefit: Reciting Al-Quddus frequently purifies the heart from doubts and fills it with divine light.
