الحليم هو الذي يؤخّر العقوبة مع القدرة، ويصفح عن كثير.
Al-Haleem means 'The Forbearing' or 'The Clement'. It signifies that Allah is the One who shows forbearance and patience with His servants, delaying punishment despite their sins. He does not hasten to punish those who disobey Him, giving them time to repent. His clemency encompasses His mercy, and He forgives even when punishment is deserved.
