الرحيم هو ذو الرحمة الخاصة بالمؤمنين، المتصلة بهم في الدنيا والآخرة، من لطف وهداية ومغفرة.

Ar-Raheem is the second name derived from mercy. While Ar-Rahman refers to the universal mercy for all creation in this world, Ar-Raheem refers to the special mercy that Allah bestows specifically upon the believers, especially in the Hereafter. It is a continuous, ever-flowing mercy. Quran References: 'Indeed, Allah is to the people Merciful (Raheem)' (2:143). 'My mercy encompasses all things' (7:156). Benefit: Reciting Ar-Raheem 100 times daily protects from calamities and brings Allah's special mercy.
