Al-Wahhab means 'The Giver of Gifts' or 'The Bestower'. It signifies that Allah is the One who gives generously and continuously without expecting anything in return. He gives freely to His servants, granting blessings, wealth, knowledge, children, and countless other gifts. His giving is not motivated by need or gain, but by pure generosity and mercy. He bestows upon whom He wills, and His treasures never diminish. Quran References: 'Or do they have the treasures of the mercy of your Lord, the Exalted in Might, the Bestower (Al-Wahhab)?' (38:9). 'Our Lord, and do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower' (3:8). Spiritual Significance: Al-Wahhab reminds us that every blessing we have comes from Allah's generosity. Recognizing this cultivates gratitude and humility. Benefit: Reciting Al-Wahhab frequently increases provision, opens doors of blessings, and brings contentment. It is especially beneficial for seeking children, knowledge, or any specific need.
