البارئ هو الذي برأ الخليقة وهيّأها وفصلها على ما أراد.

Al-Baari means 'The Originator' or 'The Evolver'. It signifies that Allah is the One who creates with perfect harmony and order. While Al-Khaaliq refers to creation in general, Al-Baari specifically emphasizes bringing creation into existence with balance, proportion, and harmony. He is the One who designs and proportions all things with wisdom, making them suitable for their intended purposes. He created the heavens and earth in perfect balance.
